In this episode, Dr. Mohan tells her personal story for how these steps helped. The journey was NOT seamless. Mistakes were made. She starts in her twenties -- a time during which she was a competitive runner and proceeds through a life-threatening pregnancy to a successful weight loss journey. She then tells of her return to the sport of long distance running and qualifying to run the Boston Marathon.
