Hey, family! I hope y'all had a great week! For today's episode, I talk about three things I think the eldest daughter in a Black household should unlearn to gain her liberation and life back. All older siblings bear the brunt of having to protect their siblings, but there is an added pressure put on young Black girls. I hope y'all enjoy!
My call to action is this:
1. Stop taking on responsibilities that don't belong to you.
2. Stop trying to prevent every little bad thing from happening in life.
3. Stop apologizing when it's not necessary.
