Most think AI will solve all of our problems, including those in the office related to work functions that humans deliver. This is only the tip of the iceberg. The much larger consideration is how you integrate the second source of synthetic labor. First, focus must be placed on the operational model to make sure we account for a new source of non-human labor. Then you need to focus on re-working the functions to be divided by two different types of worker. It's complicated, but not unsolvable.
