If you don’t have systems in place, you’re not running a business. You’re just another salesperson with their fucking head cut off and you’re running around making sense of nothing. What’s a system? What’s a system? A system is something you repeat in your business with each and every client, each and every month, just like McDonald’s makes their burgers. Unfortunately, real estate agents don’t have enough systems in their business and that’s why the service doesn’t stick with anyone. And while 90% of the people forget what you do for a living, because when you’re working with them, there’s nothing you’re doing to make them say, Wow, that person is a shit.
