We often carry our worries as if we have to solve everything ourselves, but 1 Peter 5:7 invites us to cast our cares on God, knowing He cares for us.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE: Write down your worries and place them in a "God box" as a symbolic act of giving them to Him. Trust that He cares for you and is handling them.
