ATAA Show Notes - Ep. 8 (Pt. 2)

Although it can be difficult to negotiate, it’s important to understand the impact that your surroundings can have on your addiction. From going out to eat to seeing a movie, you need to be weary of your environment and any potential triggers.

This can be made even more difficult by your friends, who can play a role in influencing what you do – or even unknowingly put you in a bad situation.

In part two, Josh and Monique continue to explore how addiction interacts with your relationships, from the environments that you can be in to the activities that you can participate in. You’ll learn tips and tricks on how you can adjust and properly balance these changes so you can keep your friends and your sobriety!
