Despite having lost 6 family members to HCM and running a grass roots nonprofit, Heartfelt, that screens for sudden cardiac arrest,, Holly Morrell wasn’t prepared for the journey she had to embark on after her own conclusive diagnosis for the disease. While often harrowing (7 heart surgeries...7!), it’s also inspiring and one we’re so honored that she’s come on to share with us…our hope is it will serve as motivation to others to pay some much needed attention to their own heart health and never take it for granted.
