After experiencing setbacks and a fall from where we want to be and from who we want to be, it can be intimidating to get back into the arena, even after making progress in our own personal development. Unfortunately one of the major reasons for this is that we fear what the crowd will say and think, and we feel like we need permission from the gatekeepers to come back and enter the arena.
