I didn’t start knowing what I was doing.

When I began working online, I didn’t even know how to send a proper work email. I had no experience, no right tools, and no clear blueprint of what I was doing just a borrowed headset, a computer that sounded like a fishing boat, and the guts to start anyway.

In this episode, I share what it really looked like to learn while doing: sending tailored applications late at night, getting rejected almost daily, attending multiple interviews a day, dealing with blurry webcams, roosters and barking dogs during calls, and screens going black in the middle of meetings.
