Most of us have been conditioned to believe that we owe those around us an explanation but that is not true. You dont owe anyone anything and they do not owe you anything. If you can't find the words to explain yourself thats ok and if those that you surround yourself with aren't patient with you then those kinds of people shouldn't be in your circle. Don't feel guilty for not explaining yourself you dont owe anybody anything.
