What advice would your younger self give to you right now?

• the start of a new day. 
• First day of the season.
•  During the full moon
• On a random Wednesday at 12:00 PM 
• Or when the clock hits 6:00 PM 

She encourages you to give yourself permission to start over, learn from each lesson and incorporate those experiences into a new beginning.

Each day we wake up, we get to start over and decide what the new start is going to  look like.
