What happens when everything you've worked so hard to build suddenly changes?
Amanda Earnest went from being a mom of five to leading a $100 million organization in direct sales. But when the company changed its compensation structure, she found herself navigating an unexpected new chapter.
In this episode of You Go First, Amanda opens up about success, loss, identity, and what it looks like to redefine a life you once thought you wanted.
We talk about letting go, finding purpose beyond achievement, and discovering joy in the simple, everyday moments.
Sometimes the life you didn't plan for becomes the one you didn't know you needed.

What happens when you follow your curiosity instead of sticking to the path you originally planned?
In this episode, I talk with Kelly Aida, a mom of six, entrepreneur, and master intuitive craniosacral therapist, whose journey has taken her from psychology and physical therapy into the world of mind-body healing.
Kelly shares what led her in a new direction, what she's learned about trusting her instincts, and how following her interests has opened unexpected doors.
They talk about navigating uncertainty, embracing change, and giving yourself permission to explore something new, even when you don't know exactly where it will lead.
Sometimes the most interesting chapters of our lives begin when we're willing to go first.

Bella had $100 in her bank account when she started telling people she was moving to New York.
No apartment. No roommate. No job. And no real idea how it was all going to come together.
She just knew she wanted to go.
In this episode, Bella shares how a dream that once felt impossible slowly became something she was willing to take seriously, even when other people didn't understand it.

Emily Patterson thought she knew what the dream was supposed to look like.
She was the shy girl who discovered theater, fell in love with acting, got cut from a high school show—and unexpectedly found directing instead. From there came rejection, side jobs, opportunities she didn't feel fully ready for, and a path she never could have planned.
In this episode, Emily shares what happened when she stopped forcing the original dream and started paying attention to what lit her up.
Because sometimes going first means saying yes before you know where it will lead—and trusting that the unexpected path might actually be the one meant for you.

Ashley didn't set out to reinvent her life.
She was raising five kids, living in the home she thought she had always wanted, and doing what she had planned to do.
But sometimes the life you build changes before you're ready.
And sometimes the thing that feels like disruption becomes the beginning of something you never would have chosen on your own.
Ashley shares what it looked like to step into real estate, build something from the ground up, and learn to trust herself in seasons where the next move wasn't obvious.
What happens when the rug gets pulled, and you realize you're still standing.

Davis Vaughn made his first million young.
But the more interesting part is everything that went wrong on the way there.
Bad bets. Products that failed. Money lost. Ideas that made no sense until they did. And a willingness to move before he had proof it would work.
In this episode, we talk about what happens when you become more comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and figuring it out as you go.
Davis has a very different relationship with failure than most people.
And it might make you question how much certainty you actually need before you begin.

In this first solo episode of You Go First, I take a deeper look at some of the lessons inside my conversation with publisher Adrienne Quintana, and what it reveals about going first in our own lives.
We often see the finished product: the business, the book, the move, the relationship, the success. What we don't see is the uncertainty, fear, messiness, and discomfort someone had to move through to get there.
I'll explore what it means to give yourself permission to be a beginner, stop waiting until you feel completely ready, and keep moving when part of you wants to retreat.
You'll hear about learning to trust yourself, taking back the authority you've handed to other people, allowing the first version to be imperfect, and why confidence isn't something you're given, it's something you build.
The question is: Can you tolerate being a begginner?
If this brought something up for you and you're ready to do this work in your own life,
I'd love to work with you. You can find me on Instagram @iamsieisaac or learn more about coaching at:

Sometimes life falls apart before it comes together.
In this first episode of You Go First, I share a little of my own story and why I believe our greatest breakthroughs don't begin by changing our circumstances, they begin by changing what happens inside us.
We'll talk about grief, healing, fear and what it looks like to begin creating again after life doesn't go the way you thought it would.
And how that journey ultimately led me to coaching, where I now help women understand what's happening beneath the surface, move through the fear and patterns keeping them stuck, and build the inner security to trust themselves and move forward in their own lives.
