The problem we have in society today is there is a huge disconnect. 

There's entitlement. 

They see what has been created, and want to jump in now that it's been built. 

With that, they want big salaries, big benefits, and a big spotlight. 

If you want to work with me, there's a system and process. 

It starts with something very simple. 

You gotta be willing to start at the bottom. 

Clean the perverbial toilets, and whatever needs to be done. 

Run errands. 

Manage clients. 

Work events. 

And do it all without complaining. 

But here's the challenge for most people. 

They want to be rewarded for the work they've done for others. 

They're not willing to start over or start at the bottom. 

My businesses are not easy to run, but they're simple. 

Working with me is simple, as long as you understand what's required in order to get a chance. 

You gotta be willing to do hard things. 

Be resourceful. 

Add tons of value. 

Create momentum. 

Bring so much to the table, it's undeniable. 

But most people won't. 

I always ask if they're willing to work for free. 

9 out of 10 say, no. 

Faith is required. 

Hard work is required. 

Struggle is required. 

If you're not willing to struggle through the small things, you won't be able to handle or appreciate the big things. 

You gotta be willing to struggle in anything you do and enjoy the process.  

That's where the education and experience comes in that will help propel you to the high-ranking positions you say you want. 

The struggle is real, but if you're not, you gotta keep moving.
