Scripture Notes:
physical obedience brings spiritual release.
So, as we look at that I want to define for you the two elements of that statement.
Obedience in the dictionary is defined as “dutiful or submissive compliance to the commands of one in authority.”
In simple terms for us as Christians it means hearing the word of God or knowing the heart of God and acting on it.

How do we know when God is calling us to be obedient in doing something?
1. Read the Bible. - Psalm 119:105 NIV
2. Pray - James 1:5 NIV
3. Holy Spirit - John 16:13 NIV

Revelation 3:20 NKJV
