Glory be to God! Welcome everyone to Episode #873, Season 10.

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: Being disciplined and chastened by God is for our spiritual maturity. The Bible says in Hebrews 12:7, “You must submit to [correction for the purpose of] discipline; God is dealing with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 11 “For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems sad and painful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness [right standing with God and a lifestyle and attitude that seeks conformity to God’s will and purpose].” Amen.
When we venture off the right road of our journey to eternal life, the Father quickly brings us back to our senses! We must be cognizant that we are in a race! We are on a journey! This world is not our home! Our home is in eternity, it is with the Father and the Son and His kingdom! Although we are in this world, beloved, we are no longer a part of it.
This is why you cannot play on the devil’s playground! You simply cannot give him a way into your life - no access at all! For even a small, tiny fraction of a foothold, he would try to break the door down and then turn right around and accuse you to the Father day and night! But glory be to God for the Lord Jesus Christ who is our Advocate in Heaven, making intercessions for us! For if we do sin, we confess it, go to God ask for forgiveness, and get the cleansing and purging from all unrighteousness that we need! Going forward we, “Sin no more.”
We have been delivered out of darkness and the bondage of sin through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus! All that is in the world, “the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” is not from the Father but from the world whose god is Satan, our adversary the devil! With the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit, we finish our race as soldiers of the Lord! We turn from sin, living a life of faithfulness and steadfastness in our devotion to God and to Lord Jesus!
Remember, the world is going to “pass away” and will be burned up in “fervent heat!” We who follow Jesus are waiting for the new earth, the new heavens where righteousness dwells!
WE ARE COMMANDED TO: Live clean. Be Holy. Live for God.
