In this episode, I talk about the high standards set by society that unfortunately has become a mirror for viewing and accepting ourselves. We do not have control over some of our physical features, background, family types, gender, race ethnicity and other natural suggests there is a need to accept your self whilst working on self-development to overcome some of the challenges you can work on. On a more positive note, I highlight that the “imperfections” that you struggle with is what makes you unique. Whatever you give attention to magnifies. It is therefore important you give much attention to your strong attributes whilst feeding your brain positive information about yourself and detaching emotions from your personal development.
