In our busy lives, we often find ourselves tired, worn out, and overwhelmed. In part one of this series, Pastor Josiah  reminds us that Jesus offers hope and rest for our weary souls. True rest isn't about escaping our responsibilities, but rather learning to work alongside Jesus. As we learn to live with this godly rhythm, we move from a life of noise to one of beautiful, restful music.
