You Have the Right Not to Have an Opinion

Marcus Aurelius is quoted as, "you always own the option of having no opinion" and "things are not asking to be judged by you". You are responsible for your mental health and the amount of stress and anxiety in your world. You can control the stimuli and remove those to the greatest extent possible, as well as offering no opinion on any cultural, ideological, political or religious event or commentary.
As well, you are not obliged or required to offer anyone an explanation as to why you have no opinion. This is a critical skill to acquire, the ability to look at an issue or belief and choose to walk away and not have an opinion. The art of walking away is critical for our mental health. It is a privilege for people, organizations and activities to be in your life - those that on balance bring you joy and happiness stay. The remainder, you walk away.
The world is on fire and will only get worse, you have the right to not have an opinion. Stay focussed on your goals, your priority.
