As football is about to return at all levels, I lay out a few rules to live by for the best time of the year. It may seem like I'm only kidding, but there is plenty of truth in these policies. I give my take on finally seeing Top Gun Maverick and offer why a new show needs to step their game up. I also recently saw Operation Flagrant Foul as well as the Joe Rogan interview of Aaron Rodgers and have strong opinions on both.
