Storytelling is an art, and so is songwriting. God has an incredible way of communicating Himself through love and songs. Creation sings to Him, and so does the Lord Jesus over us! (Zephaniah 3:14-17). I'm a singer-songwriter, and the Story Behind the Praise podcast features the stories, Scriptures, and inspiration surrounding crafting these songs. I believe Jesus wants us to sing with understanding. To know Him in song, and for these songs to proclaim God's Word and the message of Christ. It is to help us grow to His fullness.
