You loved it until you didn't!

For the humble 22 years of my life I’ve known and seen a good number of people. Although I’m very socially awkward, being born in a big family of social butterflies, with each one embodying a different personality, made me constantly in the presence of people. Each person saw the world differently, yet similarly. And I loved just looking at them and listening to what they’re saying. What their world is like. I thought I was an observer after all. A person in the background just watching and analyzing people. That’s how I learned most of the stuff I know about now. Through the people in my life. I usually picture myself in their place spend a good amount of time trying to think like them. The way that works for me is I try to write as if I am them. I did that with fictional characters or if I read a quote that I really liked in a book or heard a new song I would try to imagine what that person thought of while writing it. And make up a whole story of their life and the experience that made them create this peace of art. I used to think I’m really good at it. But then I met you. From all the people in my life I might say that you’re the only one that can truly make me rethink what I know. And not in a bad way. But in a way of manar you don’t know all the facts. You ask precise questions that makes me want to know more. And you always believe there is more. And that makes it difficult for me to stand where you are. To see your world. Also because as you said there’s a physical limit in our friendship. I know that even if you were here and if you were a much more simpler person I wouldn’t be able to capture your true essence in the way you know and feel. But I would like to think that I’d be close enough. But then I realized that it’s not because of your character or because of the distance, but because all the people I’ve met have one thing in common.
