Recently I have not been giving the kind of open and honest customer feedback that I would usually give, especially if it is negative.
I worry that a negative review from me might end up costing someone their job.
I guess that risk has always been there, but these days the consequences to the individual seem much more dire.
The good news is, this awareness is making me much more tolerant of customer service failures.
The bad news is, for the business, they are missing out on valuable feedback that would help them maintain or improve their customer experiences.
