I am at my best when I am encouraging and helping others to be their best. My desire to be my best spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically fuels this passion. To do this, I practice self-care. Several years ago, my physician told me that if I did not change how I cared for my body, I would become pre-diabetic. They offered me the choice to use medication or diet to help make the changes. I chose diet. And from that day to this, I have been on a journey to heal myself holistically and help others do the same.
