You need a challenger.



Hi, I'm Brian Pombo, welcome back to Brian J. Pombo Live.



And all the information you need to be able to take your business from where it is right now to where you want it to be a year from now, all of it is already in your head, what you need is someone to challenge you out.



I don't mean somebody to, you know, you know, call your bluff or to or to, you know, get in your face or be rude about it. No, you just need a very subtle, straightforward challenge. And the challenge is a series of questions.



Really, you need someone to sit down and interview you, you need someone to help you to show you that you have all the answers, you really do have all the answers. But you need somebody to sit down and do that for you.



How do I know because every person I end up working with in the long run has that same issue where they do not have somebody to challenge them. And the rest of the people who I end up not working with usually, excuse me, they needed to.



But they're not getting it yet, because they're not ready for it yet. But when you're ready, you're going to need a challenger, you're going to need to have somebody who knows the right questions to ask to pull the info out of your head, get it down on paper, put it into a plan and have something that's actually executable.



Not just this vague concept that you have, that you have a difficult time explaining to people possibly but a concrete step by step plan to take you from point A where you're at to point be where you want to be in the period of time that you're looking to get there.



Most people it's, you know, within the next quarter within the next six months within within the next year. That's what people are looking at. So what why am I bringing this up? I'm bringing this up because it I was reminded of this as I was talking with a business partner of mine.



And she had set up a new meeting with some people where we're going to be sitting down. And we're going to be going through the Worthington method with this group of people. And this is this coming up on Tuesday. And she said, you know, do you have any nervousness about this or anything else that I was thinking about? I really don't. Because I'm not the one that's being put on the hot seat.



I'm the one asking the questions, not the one answering the questions. If I had to be the one answering the questions, I might have a little bit of little butterflies or whatever else, you know, I may be wondering what are the questions is going to be in everything. Now, if you happen to be within that, with that group of people I'm meeting with on Tuesday, don't worry about it. It'll be easy. I'm nice about it. But that is what it's all about.



It's all about sitting down and putting yourself on the hot seat just a little bit just enough that you're challenged just a little bit more in a way that you aren't usually challenged. If you are challenged that way, then you already know what I'm talking about. And you're getting enough of it. And you don't need a person to come in, like myself, like the group of people that I work with, at Brian j pombo.com. And my other partners,
