You need a Fuck It Day

Feeling burned out? As a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant and mom of two, I found myself struggling to keep up with the demands of the job, home, and my own expectations of life.  Burnout was affecting my work, relationships, and health.  I knew I had to change, but how?  I felt like I didn't have time to breathe let alone add anything else to my day. I get it.
