The Bible tells us over 100 times not to fear, but sadly, it's evident from our approach to God, our beliefs and what we say, that we clearly fear way more than we should.

But why?

I woke up in the early hours of this morning pondering this and I'm going to share with you what I realised:

• The two types of fear, one of which keeps you from God
• Why the fear of man leads to a trap but trusting God brings safety (Proverbs 29:25)
• How recognising the difference between conviction and condemnation will change your relationship with God
• How fear-based messages are influencing your decisions and your view of God
• About your invitation to approach God boldly, believing in His love, mercy, and promises

When we change the foundations of our thinking, fear has no hold over us!
