You need to be a celebrity.

As I almost tipped over the tripod here with the show, welcome back.

I want to talk about being a celebrity and why you need to be a celebrity.

Now, who am I talking to?

I'm talking to you, if you are a business owner, if you're an executive, if you're in charge of your career, and you decide where it's going, you need to be a celebrity. And it's a very simple concept, it really is.

I took this book out, it was actually up here. That's why all these books are off to the side, I took this book out, because this is a very good book on it. There's lots of good books on becoming a celebrity.

So I talked about this in there, I've got a whole chapter on how to become a celebrity in my book.

Really, it's not as much how to become a celebrity, but the fact that you need to be a celebrity. And I'm amazed how many people don't understand this idea yet, especially if you have a local based business. I was at a chamber meeting earlier today.

I'm really surprised how few people have taken advantage of everything that's available to become a local celebrity. It's one of the reasons why I started doing a lot more local stuff. Here. I've started a podcast that's playing directly to local people.

Everything else, it's because I'm I'm taking some of my ideas and trying to create it on a smaller level, you can become a celebrity, even if it's just locally, in fact, it's really easy to do.

Nearly every form of online advertising allows you to localize your ads. So whether it be Facebook or YouTube, if you're running TV commercials, on on YouTube or on a lot of the local advertising units that puts out ads today, even if you're watching TV on a Roku, you're getting local ads, how are they able to do that?

Well, they know, they know what you're up, they know what you're watching, they're plugging in local stuff, just for you. You can take advantage of that if you're looking to become a local celebrity, because they're less expensive, they're a lot less expensive than then trying to advertise statewide or nationwide or anything of that sort. You can become a local celebrity, but you have to have the desire to be.

And it's not about you, it's not about ego. It's not about getting yourself all pumped up and feeling like you're special or that you're better than other people. That's not what celebrity is, celebrity is simple.

It's the mirror idea that people know who you are. That's it.

People know who you are. They may know your face, but they at least know your name. They know who you are, they don't even need to know a whole lot about you.

That's another step that's taking things beyond just celebrity when you're talking to being a celebrity entrepreneur, or anything of that sort.
