Well, after a much needed unplug, we’re back and this conversation gets personal. Did you know the month of June is men’s health month? Neither did I! So to end it the right way, I’m joined by my guys Chris Avery and Spec! to discuss something near and dear to my heart. Male mental health. As time has passed and I look on my own journey it’s imperative that we talk about this. We touch on everything from the culture surrounding male mental health, the benefits of having these uncomfortable conversations, and changing the narrative. Please listen with an open heart and mind. And share this with everyone that needs to hear this. My hope is that everyone that sees this makes it a priority to make sure that you’re OK and check on the ones you love.
