In our story, two of Aaron’s sons offer unauthorized incense and the Presence of God takes them out (Lev. 10)! What? Is the God of the Old Testament really so different or are we missing something? Our study will take us all the way to the Day of Atonement (Ch. 16). With direct access to the Presence of God, we find ourselves wrestling with our pride. God graciously offers us safeguards along the way.
