In this episode, Kojo Owiredu joins the show to make a case for stoicism.

We start with a little bit of background and the concept as described by the proprietors. Then we talk about how we found the stoic philosophy and what it means to us. Later on, we identify some of the major figures we’ve seen exhibit signs of stoicism, we end detailing some of the tenets that have endured over time. Honestly, there are so many ways to approach this topic but the goal today was to capture what it feels like in practice. Enjoy the show!
