Andrea Rabold is the executive director of Mirror Image Arts in Denver, Colorado. Mirror Image Arts is a non-profit that uses theatre as a means to encourage communication and social awareness among young people. Andrea was introduced to theatre when she was in high school and she quickly fell in love with the welcoming vibe of the theatre community. When she joined the non-profit sector, she brought some excellent knowledge and skills from her experience in the corporate world: people development skills, how to create a healthy culture, and how to strategically plan for growth in an organization. Andrea has worked very hard to ensure that Mirror Image Arts can be true to its goal of helping young people while also maintaining sustainability.
