This episode was inspired by a message I received recently from an ex student who is now a teacher and wanted to let me know about the impact I had made.

So, I put out the call to a number of my ex students and just said:

'Could you please send me a brief recording of something you remember me teaching you.'

The responses I got allowed me to really consider my teaching philosophy, my goals in the classroom, my values and just the things I think are important when teaching young adults. There is a lot in here for everyone.

Definitely one of my fave episodes to put together.
