Greg Baker, mastermind of such local foodie meccas as The Refinery and Fodder & Shine is an exercise in juxtaposition.  The five-time James Beard Award semifinalist would have every reason to have an inflated ego and let everyone know about it, but instead he's a kind, soft spoken and somewhat heavy hearted introvert who loves his wife and their dogs.  We discuss his early days as a touring musician, seeing Black Flag at the Cuban Club and Iggy Pop at Tampa Theater (sigh), coming up in the restaurant world and the highs and lows of running his own show.  Today he does consulting through the Chef Greg Baker Group and seems content.  This was a fun one!
