Not an excuse, but rather an explanation for y'all: I had a death in the family, am getting a series of oral surgeries done, am changing jobs, and am currently recording from a motel room since I'm running from the plague -which has entered my home. Basically I have had a *hell* of a month! On top of that I had to change my meds and the new ones temporarily obliterated my ability to focus. I'm feeling more like myself now, however, and I plan to be back to some regularly scheduled posting bc I have missed this fic a lot :) It is also nice to know there are those out there looking forward to more podfic chapters! Thanks for sticking it out because soon y'all get to meet Cricket and I love him. Okay. Onto the chapter!
