If you want to have anything worth having on this planet, you're going to have to go through adversity.  In order for you to enjoy the successes on this planet, you're going to go against faster, stronger, smarter people on this planet. 

You'll encounter forces beyond your control and you're going to have to do the work to get through it. 

When adversity shows up, most people want to quit. 

When adversity shows up at our door, most people run. 

If you're going to be the hero and rescue the victim, you're going to have to fight the adversity. 

You'll have to do battle if you want to receive the reward. 

That's how this planet works. 

If you want to grow in the gym, you'll have to work hard in the gym.  

If you want things to be easy in the gym, you wont grow. 

Stop running from your struggles. 

Beat the brakes off those MFKRS. 

You're a lot stronger than you give yourself credit for.
