In this episode of Money Talks, Hugh interviewed real estate investment manager, Nicholas Halaris of Metros Capital in Los Angeles. In this discussion, Hugh and Nick gave the viewers a 30,000 foot view of the Commercial Real Estate market both locally in LA and the country as a whole. More specifically, Nick focused on the continued migration of young adults and others moving out of larger metropolitan areas. Nick also discussed the impacts to the office leasing market. Lastly, Nick gave the viewers a discussion of the overall risk appetite of Real Estate investors both locally and across geographies. Nick has spoken to other colleagues in the industry who agree that while there is cash ready to invest, people are being cautious on price dislocations that may occur in the Real Estate Market.
