Over the course of the past two days, I ran 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to test myself physically and mentally. Why do I do these things? What is the point. Well in this episode, I share my personal story of overcoming insecurities through challenging myself.

We all experience highs and lows in our lives. Periods where we are motivated and periods where motivation is nowhere to be found. In these low periods of our lives, we have the opportunity to grow, but it takes discipline. 

As a college student, I have certain problems I struggle with: Social life, Work-life, College life. I want to share these problems with the audience because I know that I am not alone in what I feel. 

Not everyone will understand the risks you take or the path you travel. Some will react negatively to you. How are you going to deal with it? 

More often than not we get stuck doing the same thing over and over again because it is built into our routine. It's time to reflect on whether you need to move on and make a change.
