Jacqueline Beltowski is the Outreach Coordinator at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Detroit. She is also the author of “Through Esther’s Eyes.”

The schedule for the day:

8:00AM: Holy Mass (optional)

9:00AM: Greeting/ Check in: Go to the Cathedral and begin looking around.

9:15AM: Take seats in Cathedral for an introduction to the day

9:30AM: Split. Authors in Room A will hear from an author and artist (Chris Darga) will be in Room B.

9:40AM: Begin talks accordingly

10:30AM: Participants go off to the inside Cathedral and Cathedral grounds to either write or sketch

11:45AM: Participants return to gathering in Room B

12:00PM: Lunch—pizza from Happy’s Pizza all in Room B

12:45PM: Option to go on pilgrimage of the saints or a possible tour

Option to continue and complete drawing or writing

1:30PM: Participants regroup. Sharing of artwork or writing

2:00PM: Turn in for the contests. Give out prizes.

2:30PM: Dismissal
