Welcome back to the One Voice Nothing New Under the Sun podcast. I'm your host Daniel. Everyday people retire and likewise everyday people join the workforce. Because of this, young people are constantly finding themselves in places of leadership and authority over folks older than them.
And this happens in the workplace, it can also happen in churches, in politics and other places. When this happens though the older and presumably wiser people often tell us to wait our turn and that we're too young to handle these responsibilities.
Does history and the bible say this? Do they also insinuate that young people should wait and not make any waves because we're too young? Or do they show by precept and example that youth have what it takes to lead?
