A Perry teenager is facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with a late-night shooting in unincorporated Weber County that left one man dead, a 5-year-old girl wounded and two other victims injured. Michael Gaisbauer Jr., 18, of Perry, was arrested Sept. 4, 2025, following a shooting reported shortly after 1 a.m. Aug. 31 near 9300 West 900 South.
