The Wellington Chamber Orchestra open their season with Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 2, performed by 19 year old pianist Siyu Sun. She is the APO’s Hayden Staples Piano Scholar, and this piece secured her First Prize Piano when she performed it with the NZSO at the National Concerto Competition in March.
