Eddie's Perfect Homemade Raw Chocolate Recipe
2 cups raw cacao butter
1 1/4 cups raw cacao powder
1/4 to 1/2 cup maple syrup
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
*maybe use weed in the butter???*
Slowly melt cacao butter in a double boiler over low heat.
You don't want to melt it too quickly or heat it too much.
Once cacao butter is melted, remove from heat.
Whisk in maple syrup and vanilla extract until combined.
Whisk in cacao powder, cinnamon and salt.
Combine until smooth and shiny.
Pour out into molds, cupcake papers or parchment paper lined pan.
Put in fridge until hard.
Eat. *DO NOT GET ANY WATER IN THE CHOCOLATE.
