One of the first things that you have to do is to recognize, acknowledge and submit to the authority of the Holy Spirit as Lord in your life and over your life. The word "Lord" means owner, master, and supreme controller. The idea is that when the government and authority of the Holy Spirit are recognized, acknowledged, and submitted to, He grants you access to new vistas of freedom and possibilities that are powered by Him and through Him that you cannot find anywhere else.
