Anxiety is real. It's as real to adults as it is to teenagers. Most parents want the very best for their kids. They want them to grow and develop into successful adults. That said, anxiety in our youth is not talked about enough and it's only when we bring awareness to and talk about it that we can start to take back some of the power. 

In this conversation with Lauren Bleggi we try to do just that. We try to spread awareness as well as gain some understanding as to what our kids may be going through so that we can better support them.
