Kimberley Quinlan is a perfect person to have on this mental health series as she is a licensed marriage and family therapist who uses CBT to help individuals with OCD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Her podcast, Your Anxiety Toolkit, has been one of my go to’s for comfort in finding ways to help out with anxiety.
