I did a meditation for one of my fitness communities one night during the COVID-19 pandemic and the topic was “What do we carry in our backpack of life?” The reality is that we have one big backpack of life that we carry with us on our journey of life. However, not only do we put all of the wonderful things that we’ve experienced in that bag, but we also put all of the not-so-wonderful things in there as well. This leads us to carrying around an overloaded, extremely heavy backpack that could be preventing us from experiencing new, amazing opportunities.
