What beliefs do you have which hinder your walk in life? Are you afraid of dogs, cats, driving through certain cities? Perhaps, you think all dogs are bad. You think all cats are sneaky. You think while driving through a certain city, you'll get car jacked. Where do these beliefs come from? Were you personally attacked by a dog, a cat, or were you car jacked in that city? Or, did you witness those traumatic experiences which shape your thought processes? How about, did you hear about those traumatic experiences through a third party, such as a close friend or the media?
