As a Living Light Reiki Master for over 10 years, Marla enthusiastically practices and teaches Reiki. In addition to reiki, she leads women’s tantra classes and teaches yoga. She works on staff at Rehab Journey Malibu bringing reiki, meditation, yoga and massage to the clients. She joins us today to talk about ways we can help our kids, and ourselves, have a positive body image.
