(TW-brief mention of eating disorder) hey best friend, on todays episode I discuss the concept of hating your body and how to realise that there is NOTHING imperfect about you. The road to body positivity may be unclear but I want to help you into recognising every ‘imperfection’ about yourself is a mark of beauty and evidence of a beautiful woman. There is no such thing as a ‘flaw’ however there is perfection which is your body, don’t believe society and social media in tricking you into thinking you need to change any aspect about yourself. You are perfect in my opinion and I hope you start to think that too after this episode! ILYSM
