In this episode we speak with a spiritual poet, Linda Kaoma. Linda Kaoma is a spiritual poet. A poet and wellbeing practitioner. She holds a masters of arts in health humanities from the University College of London. Her thesis explores the potential efficacy of the poet as a facilitator for health in African communities. She mostly writes about mental health and spirituality.
Her hope is that the words that come through her are as comforting and healing to others as they are for her. Her poems offer a chance to surrender, to reflect, to be reminded, to align, to meditate, and to connect with what is calling us.
